Birmingham, AL – Republican candidate for Alabama Attorney General Katherine Robertson was in commanding control of fundraising this month, leading the field with $377,408.76 raised in January alone; nearly $115,000 more than the next opponent.

Since entering the race as the only first-time candidate, Robertson has amassed an extraordinary $2,901,819.38 to date, the most of any candidate in the race. The latest fundraising milestone clearly demonstrates the growing excitement and confidence Alabamians have in her proven leadership, conservative track record, and 10 years of experience within the Attorney General’s office as Chief Counsel.

The momentum of Robertson’s campaign is unmistakable as she has now secured the endorsement of 19 active law enforcement leaders, the Republican Attorneys General Association, the Alabama Farmers Federation, the Alabama Forestry Association, the Petroleum and Convenience Marketers of Alabama, the Associated Builders and Contractors of Alabama, and backing from the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association. These endorsements from law enforcement, agriculture, business, and conservative leaders underscore the broad coalition rallying behind her as the May 19th Primary approaches.

Robertson stated, “Alabamians demand a bold, principled Attorney General who will put our state first every single day.” Concluding with, “Our campaign’s fundraising success and growing list of endorsements proves that my record of conservative leadership and message of keeping our communities safe, upholding the rule of law, and defending our freedoms is resonating with conservatives across Alabama.”
