Katherine Robertson is a proud Alabamian, wife, mother, and lifelong conservative who has spent her career fighting for our values — faith, family, freedom, and the rule of law.

An eighth-generation daughter of Dallas County, Katherine learned faith, hard work, and love of country on her family’s farm. She’s the daughter of Joy and Kincey Green and a graduate of Auburn University and the University of Alabama School of Law.

Katherine began her public service in Washington as clerk and counsel to Senator Jeff Sessions on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee — standing up for the Constitution and America First principles. She later served as Vice President of the Alabama Policy Institute, shaping conservative policies rooted in free enterprise, limited government, and strong families.

​

For nearly a decade, Katherine has been Chief Counsel to Attorney General Steve Marshall, helping lead Alabama’s toughest fights — against Joe Biden’s federal overreach, against the radical Left’s attacks on women’s sports, free speech, and the sanctity of life, and for the rights and freedoms of every Alabamian.

​

She believes the Attorney General’s job is simple: defend Alabama, uphold the law, and put the people — not the politicians — first. She knows that Alabama’s values are handed down from one generation to the next and believes that each generation has the weighty responsibility of preserving them. That’s why she’s running.

Katherine and her husband, Ryan, live in Birmingham with their two children. They are active in their church and thankful every day to call Alabama home.
