Robertson Secures Endorsement from Bibb County Sheriff

Birmingham, AL – The Katherine Robertson campaign announced today that Bibb County Sheriff Jody Wade is endorsing Katherine Robertson in the race for Alabama Attorney General. Citing Robertson’s consistent friendship and her longtime commitment to defending and supporting law enforcement, Sheriff Wade cited Robertson as “the law enforcement candidate in this race.”

“Katherine has been a good friend to this office and played an instrumental role in the passage of the Deputy Brad Johnson Act.” Wade commented. “She is the law enforcement candidate in this race and has my full support to be our next Attorney General.”

“It is a true honor to have the support of Sheriff Wade in this race.” Robertson stated in response to the endorsement. “I can’t thank him and the members of the Bibb County law enforcement community enough for their dedication, selfless service and sacrifice in keeping the people of Bibb County safe. I’m thankful for his support and look forward to continuing our work together.”

The endorsement from Sheriff Wade is just the latest in a string of major endorsements for Robertson in the race. To date, Robertson has already received the endorsement of major pro-life figures, the Republican Attorneys General Association, and continues to receive support and endorsements from numerous members of Alabama’s law enforcement community.
